Anemia improved. Previously, when I stood up after working for a long time, I felt dizzy and my vision was blurred. I suspected I was anemic and purchased this product. As a man, I didn’t believe I needed a high dose, so I opted for the 18mg variant. I take it every 2-3 days, and I rarely experience the aforementioned symptoms now. I intend to continue using it.
